Food insecurity is on the rise in Canada. Young people are taking action.

Trick or Eat is a national day of action where young people to come together and make a difference on the issue of hunger on their campuses and in their communities.  By collecting food for local food banks, Trick or Eat provides emergency relief for people who need it right now. By raising money, Trick or Eat supports Meal Exchange's long term youth led solutions to food insecurity on campuses
