Trick or Eat is North America’s largest youth-led food drive. On Halloween, organized groups of costumed youth will take to the streets in cities across Canada to collect donations of non-perishable food items instead of candy.
This year, by engaging 10,000 youth, Meal Exchange aims to collect $550,000 in food and $45,000 in online donations for 100 local food banks.
Through Trick or Eat, Meal Exchange is redefining Halloween as a day of giving where communities and youth to give back to those in need and raise awareness about hunger in communities across Canada.
